Design
Your project will begin with a thorough analysis of your business objectives and the creation of a detailed design specification that clearly defines the solution we will provide, including all changes that will be made to the standard software. The design work often includes the creation of prototypes which completes the first step in the development process.
This quote includes a fixed price for the design of the solution and a budgetary estimate for development. Given our current understanding of the project scope, we believe this is an accurate estimate. Once the design is completed, a firm fixed price will be established for the entire solution.
Development and Testing
Once the design specification is signed off and the final price agreed upon, development of the solution will be scheduled, completed, and tested. In addition to the testing performed by the development team, a successful solution will include thorough acceptance testing by your team, including those most familiar with the business objectives.
During this process, you may find that additional features beyond those defined in the specification are desired. In that case, we will extend the design, revise the specification, and confirm any changes to the price of the project.
Delivery and Support
Remote installation and testing support is included in the budgetary estimate of the solution. Any issues related to the specified scope will be resolved as soon as possible as part of the project. Any new features will be handled as a revision to the project.
