Introducing the new Infor VISUAL Custom Maintenance Program
What is Infor VISUAL Custom Maintenance?
The Infor VISUAL Custom Maintenance program provides extended support, beyond the 30-day warranty period, for custom code. The custom maintenance program allows you to maintain the latest version levels and baseline bug fixes, without paying for each upgrade. Custom Maintenance also provides for one major upgrade of your custom programs within the contract period.
Who is eligible for Infor VISUAL Custom Maintenance?
Infor VISUAL customers who currently have custom programming, or who plan to have custom programming done in the future, are eligible for the custom maintenance program. These customers must be running, at a minimum, Infor VISUAL Version 6.x.
What is included in the maintenance program?
- All bug fixes directly related to the custom programming completed by Lilly/Infor PSO.
- One (1) custom upgrade to a major release within the contract period. For project planning purposes, a 4 - 6 week notification is recommended for major release custom upgrades.
- Three (3) single baseline bug fixes within the contract period. Infor PSO will provide an upgrade of the custom application, within the same revision level, to include bug fixes to the standard application.
What is not included in this program?
- Upgrades involving Platform/Toolset changes
- Additional single baseline bug fixes.
- Upgrades that require re-engineering (ie. upgrade effort is greater than 30% of the original development effort)

What are the advantages to this Maintenance Program?
With this program, you have the peace of mind knowing that your custom program is supported for an extended period. You are able to receive bug fixes and upgrades at no extra charge, with no extra paperwork. You will also be able to budget your maintenance costs for your custom software.
What are the fees for the program?
Annual maintenance fees of 30% of the original custom development costs are charged for the advantages of this program. Fees are invoiced annually, coinciding with your Annual License Fees (min. contract amt. $600).
What if I choose not to sign up for the maintenance program?
No problem. Infor PSO will continue to provide the same services that are available today. You can continue to upgrade your custom code on a T & M basis, as needed.
